Large Orders For Events
We would love to help you decorate your special event. Please contact us for large orders to discuss processing times and shipping cost, and please provide the date of the event.
Damaged or Broken Items
Our items are carefully wrapped and packaged using multiple layers of bubble wrap, packaging peanuts and tissue paper. The fragile items are double boxed. If damage occurs to your item during shipping please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package, include a picture of the damaged item and the box and we will ship you a replacement piece or offer a refund.
Please note that replacement pieces take the same time to create.
Refunds and replacement will not be issued without proof of damage in a form of pictures of the damaged item and box. This is needed for insurance purposes.
Décor by Mel G Designs is not responsible for undelivered, lost or damaged packages after the order is shipped with USPS with a tracking number.
